Privacy Policy

When you buy a One More Story call, we collect:

• Your name, email, and phone number (from Stripe checkout)
• Your parent’s preferred name and phone number (from the intake form)
• Your free-text answers about what your parent loves to talk about
• The audio recording of the phone call with your parent
• The transcript of that recording, generated by Deepgram + OpenAI Whisper
• Story segments extracted from the transcript by Anthropic Claude

We use this information to deliver the product you bought: we call your parent, transcribe the recording, extract their stories, and deliver a Story Collection link to you.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models. Your parent’s voice recordings are stored privately and only accessible via the unique Story Collection link we send you.

We use the following service providers to deliver the product. Each one only sees the information they need to do their job:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Twilio — phone calls and SMS
• Supabase — encrypted database and audio storage
• Vercel — website and serverless function hosting
• Resend — transactional email
• Deepgram, OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Auphonic — speech-to-text, story extraction, AI voice agent, and audio enhancement

Phone calls are recorded. The interviewer is a party to the call and consents to the recording, which satisfies one-party consent jurisdictions. We notify your parent at the start of the call that the conversation is being recorded and ask if they’re comfortable continuing.

You agree, by booking the call, that you have authority from your parent (or that they will be informed by you in advance) to record the conversation.

Your Story Collection link is permanent unless you ask us to delete it. Audio recordings, transcripts, and story segments are retained indefinitely so the link continues to work.

You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@onemorestory.online. We will delete the recording, transcript, and Story Collection within 7 days of your request.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of all personal information we have about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for any use we make of your data

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@onemorestory.online. We’ll respond within 30 days.

One More Story is designed for adults to capture stories from their elderly parents. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor’s data has been collected, contact us and we’ll delete it immediately.
